Nature Horizons  Montenegro is a tour operator that operates within the company Bike ‘n More d.o.o. General terms and conditions are the fundamental part of this booking agreement, concluded between Nature Horizons Montenegro – tour operator and their clients. Once the Client completes the booking, it is presumed that they accept these General Terms and Conditions. 

The Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions by ordering services from the tour operator either over website, email, telephone, by making a payment without preorder or by any other way.

The terms and conditions provided outline the cancellation policy, prices and reservations, changes to confirmed trips, travel insurance, health requirements, passport and visa requirements, acknowledgment of risks, and more for tours offered by Nature Horizons Montenegro (Bike ‘n More d.o.o.). 

CANCELATION POLICY FOR TOURS IN 2024

Final Payment & Booking Confirmation:

The payment confirms the booking. Most of our services can be paid online via credit card or bank transfer. However, please note that some services or tours may require cash payment.

The Tour Operator is not responsible for any charges imposed by third parties or financial institutions as a result of credit card or other payment transactions. We will not refund any fees charged by these third parties or financial institutions for payments made to the Tour Operator.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All cancellations from customers should be notified via email to The Tour Operator. The following cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation and the specific category of the Client’s booking:

For scheduled Day Tours:
  • 100% of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellations up to 10 days before departure.
  • None (0%) of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellation less than 10 days before departure or no-show.
For Multi-day Tours:
  • 100% of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellations up to 60 days before departure.
  • 50% of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellations between 30-60 days before departure.
  • None (0%) of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellation on less than 30 days notice before the departure or no-show.
One-day activities:
  • 100% of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellations up to 7 days before departure.
  • 50% of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellations between 3-7 days before departure.
  • None (0%) of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellation for less than 3 days notice before the departure or no-show.
Booking Confirmation:
  1. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. ‘You’, ‘your’, ‘traveler’, and ‘client’ refer to the individual(s) named on the booking, and ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to Nature Horizons Montenegro (Bike ‘n More d.o.o.).
  3. All confirmations of bookings shall be made by email—info@naturehorizons.me—upon filing of the Booking Form on our website.

1. Prices and Reservations

All prices are quoted in EUR.

The payment confirms the booking. Payment can be accepted with bank transfer or online by credit card. 

We reserve the right to correct errors in quoted prices before confirming the booking.

When the payment enters our account, you will get a written confirmation that the booking is confirmed. Please check your invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the invoice or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete. For all bookings through our website, we reserve the right to cancel them within 48 hours in case of availability issues.

We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in quoted prices at any time before your trip is confirmed. We will advise you of any error of which we are aware and of the then applicable price at the time of booking.

Nature Horizons Montenegro charges credit card fees. The surcharges depend on the credit card issuer and we are not responsible for any charges or fees for credit card bookings of our trips, so we will not refund or return any fees charged by third parties or financial institutions in connection with payments made by you to the Nature Horizons Montenegro.

      Payment via our website:

Payment for services we provide on our website can be made in one of the following ways: cash (certain activities and services), payment cards – VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that support payment over the Internet, bank transfer. Card payments are made in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Hipotekarna bank and are done in a secure and certified manner through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering the data from the payment card.

After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and amount of the Tour price will be deducted from Your account.

Check with the card issuing bank to see if your card supports online payments.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time is the payment card information available to the Tour operator.

3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants (including Tour operator) using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, guaranteeing customers the security of their purchases. Your payment card numbers are not stored on the Tour operator’s system and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.

PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway is constantly complying with all the requirements of card organizations in order to increase the level of security of merchants and customers. From 2005 until today, without interruption, the system is certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which is the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a standard that defines the necessary security measures when processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder data during the entire payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of this data.

In the case of a refund, If You have previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the refund is made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard card used for payment. This means that the bank will, at our request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Please note that all payments will be effected in Euro (EUR). If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified to us via email. Cancellation fees will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by the Tour Operator and are expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the canceled Tour, product or service (excluding any insurance products where refund is not allowed).

Nature Horizons Montenegro reserves the right to cancel the trip under unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

3. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to the confirmed itinerary.

Every effort will be made to maintain the essence of the trip, but alterations may be necessary due to external factors.

4. Travel Insurance

It is the traveler’s responsibility to have suitable personal and health insurance covering trip activities. 

It is essential that you have adequate and appropriate personal and health insurance for your trip covering the corresponding activities and loss of property, illness, injury or death. It is important to have adequate insurance which will cover cancellation costs from the date of booking as well as medical expenses (including evacuation and repatriation). It is your responsibility to ensure that insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.

Nature Horizons Montenegro shall never be held responsible for the occurrence of injury, illness and/or death to any person on tour, nor for damage or for loss of personal property. Please contact your travel-insurance provider before traveling to better understand their policies and/or protections for the aforementioned circumstances.

5. Health and Safety

By booking the trip, you confirm that you are in good health to undertake the tour.

It is imperative to inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your participation. If you are unable to give for this confirmation for any reason or have any medical condition or disability which may affect your trip, you must contact us before you submit your application form so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the trip for you. If any information given to us is shown to be materially incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel your booking or terminate your participation in the trip, depending on when we become aware of the true position. In this situation, we do not refund any payments done and we will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result.

6. Ammendments

Any amendments made to a confirmed tour shall not be charged. Nature Horizons Montenegro shall, however, charge for any services that exceed the cost of the originally booked services.

7. Passport and Visa Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents for the trip.

Nature Horizons Montenegro is not liable for any expenses incurred due to travelers not meeting entry requirements.

8. Acknowledgement of Risks

By booking the tour, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel and activities, including physical challenges and environmental hazards.

On self-guided trips and even on guided trips when the guide is not present, you are fully responsible for your safety, no matter what information was given to you by Nature Horizons Montenegro office staff, the Nature Horizons Montenegro’ self-guided materials or the guide instructions. The given information might be wrong, inaccurate, or miscommunicated. You are ultimately responsible for your own safety.

9. Optional extras

Refers to any additional activities, services, or products not explicitly included in the tour package or itinerary. By selecting and participating in optional extras, you acknowledge and agree that these are separate from the tour itself and are provided by third-party providers.

You understand that any assistance provided by the tour operator in arranging, selecting, or booking optional extras is solely at your request, and the tour operator does not guarantee the quality or safety of these optional extras.

You release the tour operator from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in or booking of optional extras, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, or injuries.

Payment for optional extras is typically made directly to the third-party provider during the tour. Unused services at the hotel due to participating in optional extras do not entitle you to a refund.

You acknowledge that any liability for loss, damages, injuries, or other issues associated with optional extras lies solely with the third-party provider offering that service or activity.

10. Limitation of liability and release

You are aware of the risks involved and you are voluntarily undertaking Trip. You understand that whilst Nature Horizons Montenegro will take every precaution to ensure my safety, Nature Horizons Montenegro (Bike ‘n More d.o.o.) will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person and property as a result of their participation in any such activity.

The Company is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of (but not limited to): physical exertion for which the Client is not prepared; forces of nature (force majeure); collisions with bicycles, pedestrians, or automobiles; road conditions including but not limited to lack of shoulder and roadway surfaces affected by weather conditions; travel by plane, train, auto, boat, or other conveyance, or by bicycle, ski, horseback, foot, or other forms of active or adventure travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment; high altitude; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations or the adequacy of medical attention once provided.

You understand and have carefully considered the risks involved in taking a trip of this nature. You accept those risks and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to you, your family, your friends or your dependents arising in connection with your participation, or the participation of members of your family or your friends, in the Trip. You have your own insurance appropriate to your needs in respect of such loss, injury or damage.

Clients who fail to provide a signed Release of Liability prior to departure will not be permitted to join the trip and a standard cancellation policy will apply.

11. Waiver of Liability

By agreeing with the Terms and Conditions, you agree that you have read and accepted the Waiver of Liability.

12. Marketing

Our clients and guides are encouraged to take pictures during our trips. We will use the pictures for our marketing and promotion purposes on different websites and social media. By sending us your photos and videos you grant the use of this material for promotional purposes worldwide and do not expect any payment in return. Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the trip. Please contact us if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

13. Privacy Policy & Protection of Personal data

The Tour Operator must collect your personal information to provide the Tour and any booked products or services. We collect, use, and disclose only the information necessary to enable the Tour Operator and its Third Party Suppliers to deliver the specific Tour, products, and/or services you have requested, as detailed in our Privacy Policy, available at https://naturehorizons.me/privacy-policy/. By submitting your personal information to the Tour Operator, you accept the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is expressly incorporated into these Terms.

Protection of personal data

The Client gives Nature Horizons Montenegro his personal information voluntarily. Personal data of service users are required in the process of booking and realization of the requested service and will be used for further mutual communication.

Nature Horizons Montenegro is committed not to disclose the personal data of the user out of the country or to provide it to a third party other than the partners participating in the realization of the contracted services.

The personal data of the user will be kept in the database, according to Nature Horizons Montenegro decision on how to collect, process and store personal data.

Nature Horizons Montenegro has the right to use the personal information of service users for marketing purposes. The user is able at any time to sign out with the “Sign out” link at the end of each mail or by submitting an application to info@naturehorizons.me

An objection to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes will not affect the contracting and/or realization of the requested service.

14. Complaints

If you find yourself dissatisfied with any aspect of your trip, please inform the leader/guide of the agency immediately. Most issues can be resolved on the spot. Not raising the matter promptly may affect any future claims. If the problem persists, please submit a written complaint to us within 14 days of your return.

NOTICE ON FILING CUSTOMERS’ COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding the quality of our services should be submitted in writing to:

We will respond to your complaint in writing within 15 days of receipt. Please include your full name, and an exact address for submission of responses.

15. Code of Conduct

By agreeing with the Terms of Service, I agree to the following Code of Conduct:

  • I have chosen a trip that suits my abilities, level of fitness, and state of health.
  • I do not have any physical conditions or disabilities that are a hazard to me or other travellers in the group.
  • I have a valid passport and all visas, permits, certificates, and vaccinations required for travel.
  • I will read all pre-trip materials about clothing, medical requirements, and culture-specific etiquette.
  • I will make sure to communicate any special requests at least 30 days before travel when possible. This includes dietary restrictions, medical requirements, and room preferences. I understand that the Company will make every effort to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee they will be met.
  • I will respect the laws and customs of the countries visited.
  • I will respect the rights and privacy of my fellow guests.
  • I understand that group travel invariably involves compromise to accommodate the diverse desires, travel goals, personalities, and physical abilities of all group members. Company guides may be required to improvise and exercise good faith, use discretion, and/or make decisions based on group consensus. These decisions may not always please each individual but are intended to satisfy the larger desires of the group.
  • I understand a road less travelled means that access to medical facilities and evacuation services may be limited.
  • I understand the weather is out of the Company’s control.
  • I will always wear safety equipment on any activity organized by the Company.
  • I will not wear headphones when riding a bike.
  • I will not consume alcohol.
  • In case I have agreed to the Terms of Service for anyone else, it is my obligation to transfer this information to them as well.
